Help individuals and families find health insurance that suits their needs while delivering exceptional service at our Mackay Care Centre. Join Westfund in a full-time sales and service role offering a 35-hour working week, five weeks' annual leave and a salary of $67,****** plus superannuation.

Responsibilities include:

Member Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with our members. Act as a trusted adviser by providing guidance on insurance options, coverage details and policy enquiries.

Member Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding member service through phone, email and in-person interactions. Assist members in resolving enquiries, claims and concerns promptly and professionally.
n
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about health insurance industry trends and updates. Build a strong understanding of our products and services to educate members and make informed recommendations.
n
Sales Expertise: Drive growth by promoting and selling health insurance products to potential members. Use persuasive communication skills to tailor solutions to individual member needs.
n
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless member experience and address member needs efficiently and effectively.

What you'll bring

Formal qualifications are not required. We're looking for someone with a positive,



member-focused attitude and the ability- or willingness to learn to:

Build rapport with members and provide friendly, skilled service across phone, email and face-to-face channels.
n
Listen carefully, ask effective questions and explain health insurance information in clear, straightforward language.
n
Identify individual needs and confidently recommend suitable products or solutions.
n
Handle enquiries, concerns and competing priorities with empathy, accuracy and a practical approach.
n
Learn new products, systems and processes, while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
