Salary Offer: $75k to $110k annually (depending on experience) + super + CPD allowance + benefits Location: Werribee VIC

About the role: Our client is currently looking for a Speech Pathologist for their Werribee centre.
They will also consider someone who would want to work evenings and / or weekends.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to individuals with a variety of communication needs.
n
Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication skills
n
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
n
Provide direct therapy services, including speech articulation, voice, fluency, language development, and social skills training
n
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to therapy
n
Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including traditional therapy, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and technology-assisted interventions
n
Provide training and support to families and caregivers on communication strategies and techniques
n
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
n

Advantages: Competitive salary offer. As a new graduate you can receive anywhere from $75k - $85k plus super and as a fully qualified therapist you can receive $90k - $110k plus super.

Supervision/ongoing
support from highly skilled and experienced Speech Pathologists Work alongside a small and committed team of people. Development package of $**** per year.
