As a Parts and Accessories Salesperson you will:
n
n
Greet and assist customers in-store or over the phone, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
n
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of motorcycle parts, accessories, gear, and related products.
n
Provide product recommendations and explain features and benefits to customers.
n
Maintain a clean and organised showroom, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.
n
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases and advancements in motorcycle technology.
n
n
To be successful in this roleyou will need:
n
n
Passion for motorcycles and an understanding of motorcycle parts, accessories and gear.
n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
n
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the motorcycle industry (not required but an advantage).
n
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
n
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
n
Ability to work each Saturday. Saturday work is mandatory.
