Job Description
Lead Educator (Full-Time) | $***** - $***** per hour | Fountaindale, NSW

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Follyfoot Farm by Busy Bees , located at ****** Old Chittaway Road, Fountaindale NSW **** , on a full time basis. You will play a key role leading the daily learning program within your room, supporting educators, and creating a protected and engaging learning environment where children thrive.

What you'll do
n
n
Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF
n
Inspire and mentor Educators within your room
n
Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
n
Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community
n
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies
n
Support children's development, wellbeing, and learning outcomes through engaging play-based experiences
n

What you'll bring
n
n
A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
n
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
n
Current Working with Children Check for NSW
n
Demonstrated experience leading a room within an early learning environment
n
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
n
A collaborative and supportive leadership style
