This is a rare opportunityfor an experienced campaign leadertodrivehigh-impact campaigns from the ground up—establishingthe systems, rhythm and

deliver meaningful outcomes at scale. Working in close partnership with clinical
leaders,executivesand
fundraising teams, you willguide direction and deliveryto ensureeachcampaign isstrategically positioned, donor-centred and set up for long-term success.

Your part in our UnitingCare team:
n
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year capital
campaigns,providing
senior leadership across
strategy,governanceand
execution in a
complexorganisationalenvironment.
n
Establishand
overseerobustgovernance,
reporting and decision-making frameworksto support Executive and Board oversight.
n
Drive alignment acrossallcampaign phases, ensuring coordinated delivery, effective donorengagementand momentum across all workstreams
n
Provide leadership in navigating complexity – proactively managing
risks,dependenciesand
competing priorities to deliver successful campaign outcomes at a large scale.
n
Lead and develop a high-performing campaign delivery function, fostering accountability,
capabilityupliftand
cross-functional collaboration.
n
Act as the central leadership point across fundraising, marketing,
clinical and executive stakeholders – aligning diverse groups to a share campaign vision.
n
Oversee campaign pipeline strategy,
performanceinsightsand
systemsto support relationship-led fundraising outcomes
n

Proven experience leading large-scale capital campaigns end-to-end within complex, multi-
stakeholderorganisations(essential)
n
Demonstrated successoperatingat a senior level, providing strategic
oversight,governanceand
direction across the full campaign lifecycle
n
Deep understanding of capital campaigns disciplines and best practice, ideally within
healthcare,philanthropyor
similarly complex environments
n
Strong experience engaging and influencing executive and board-level stakeholders, including decision-making processes
n
Ability to align with diverse stakeholder groups (clinical, executive, fundraising, marketingetc) to deliver coordinated campaign outcomes at scale
n
Highly developed project leadership capability across planning, risk management,
financialoversightand
delivery of multi-year initiatives
n
DesirableCertificate
in Fundraising Excellence (CFRE)
