Take the lead in a brand-new practice with strong support, 42% of billings, and a Quarterly bonus scheme. National Dental Care Chadstone is relocating to a purpose-built clinic in Chadstone Shopping Centre in August ****. We're seeking a lead dentist to step into this full-time role (4–5 days/week), leading a close-knit team and building on the practice's strong existing patient base.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Leading daily clinical operations and mentoring your team
n
Providing a full range of general dental care: diagnostics, preventive, restorative and cosmetic
n




Helping refine clinical protocols to ensure quality and consistency
n
Supporting a positive, patient-focused team culture and collaborating with the practice manager on local marketing and growth
n
n
Requirements For This Role
n
n
Current AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance
n
Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience
n
Strong clinical capability across a broad range of treatments
n
Leadership experience or a genuine interest in developing in this area
n
Collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care
n
