About the role
n
Are you passionate about workforce planning and driving operational excellence? Join RACQ as a Resource Planner and play a key role in supporting our roadside assistance operations through strategic scheduling and resource optimisation. This opportunity offers pay rate of $***** per hour.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Develop and manage resource schedules to meet service level targets and operational demands.
n
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective planning solutions aligned with business objectives.
n
Maintain and enhance workforce planning frameworks to support continuous improvement.
n
Identify opportunities for efficiency and service level improvements.
n
n
About you:
n
n
A few years of experience in workforce/resource planning or a related operational role.
n
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
n
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
n
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
n
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
