Support Worker Position

As a support worker at Premium Home Care Services, you'll take a person-centred approach as you look after the emotional, physical, social and cultural needs of our participants. You'll be an advocate for the elderly and disabled in our care, promoting their dignity, independence, fulfilment and privacy.

You'll work closely with our participants and staff to create trusting, qualified relationships while closely adhering to all statutory and regulatory obligations, PHCS procedures, policies and guidelines.

Assist participants with personal hygiene and grooming tasks
n
Assist with light household duties
n
Preparing meals and beverages
n
Provide companionship
n
Provide daily care and support
n

Requirements
n

NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Certificate III in Aged or Disability care (or be working towards)
n
First Aid and CPR Trained
n
Covid Vaccination
n
