We are partnering with an established international business operating within theindustrial gases and environmental solutions sectorto appoint anAPAC Finance Directorbased in Melbourne.
This is a senior leadership role for a commercially minded finance leader who can operate as a genuinebusiness partner to the executive team, while leading the broader finance function.
The opportunity:
Lead Finance across the APAC business
Act as a strategic partner to senior commercial and operational leadership
OwnFP&A;, budgeting, forecasting and performance management
Drive commercial insights to support growth and key business decisions
Lead a regional team of approximately10 across Australia and Asia
Drivefinance transformation, process improvement and systems optimisation
Support strategic projects, M&A; and business integration activities
Over time, take on broader finance partnering responsibilities for global business units
We are looking for:
CA / CPA / ACCA / CIMA qualified finance leader




Strongcommercial finance and FP&Abackground;
Experience at Finance Director, Head of Finance or equivalent senior level
Track record partnering with MDs, GMs and senior business leaders
Experience leadingfinance transformation or significant change initiatives
Manufacturing, industrial, engineering or similarly operational environments preferred
Solid, confident leadership style with the ability to constructively challenge the business
Hands-on and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, evolving environment
ANZ experience is sufficient; broader APAC exposure is advantageous but not essential
