What you''ll be responsible for
n
This role sits within our Citation Safety advisory team, and reports to our Head of WHS. Here''s what your days will look like:
n
n
Provide accurate, practical WHS and psychosocial risk advice to clients, grounded in current regulatory codes of practice and model WHS laws.
n
Review client WHS policies, procedures and psychosocial risk frameworks, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
n
Plan and deliver desktop and on-site WHS audits, including site walk-throughs, worker consultation and hazard identification.
n
Prepare clear, actionable audit reports outlining findings, risk ratings and prioritised recommendations.
n
Support clients to implement WHS and psychosocial risk management plans, including corrective actions arising from audits.
n
Deliver client training and webinars on WHS and psychosocial risk topics.
n

Who we''re looking for
n
You bring technical rigour to WHS advice and don''t wait for problems to escalate before you act. Beyond that, here''s what will set you up for success in this role:
n
n
A relevant WHS qualification (e.g. Diploma or Certificate IV in WHS) or equivalent demonstrated experience.
n
Sound working knowledge of Australian WHS legislation, Codes of Practice and psychosocial hazard requirements.
n
Experience conducting WHS audits and preparing formal audit reports.
n
Robust written communication skills,
with the ability to produce clear, professional advice and reports.
n
Confidence advising clients directly and managing sensitive conversations.
n
Willingness and ability to travel interstate to client sites as required.
n
