ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Construction Site Supervisor who possesses construction knowledge. The ideal candidate could have experience in project managing building sites, or have a trade background and be looking to take the next step in your career!
n
The role will entail managing sites across Southern NSW and the ACT. With a close and supportive team to support you, this role really is suited to a candidate with a positive, can-do attitude.
n
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
n
Relevant experience in a similar role within Residential Home Building in NSW and the ACT
n
Commitment to safety on site
n
Solid working knowledge of building codes and requirements in NSW and the ACT
n
Ability to deliverhigh quality homes from site-start to handover
n
Has strong communication skills and displays professionalism to all Clients and Key Stakeholders
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
A natural problem solver who has the ability to work autonomously
n




Highly organised and ableto manage a variety of activities, whilst maintaining a consistent positive and professional attitude
n
Exceptional telephone manner
n
Hold a valid drivers licence (mandatory)
n
Positive, 'can-do' attitude with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work with management, staff and customers at all levels
n
