As we get into the busy time of the years, we are looking for experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to represent Sidekicker at popular stadiums, convention centres and conferences in and around Melbourne!

Responsibilities:
n
Deliver seamless and professional food and beverage service in a corporate or fine dining environment, ensuring a world-class guest experience
n
Execute accurate table setups and multi-course dining service, with expert knowledge of cutlery use and silver service techniques
n
Provide professional beverage service, including wine service
n
Maintain the highest standards of grooming, etiquette, and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
n




Qualifications:
n
Previous experience in a 5-star hotel, fine dining, or corporate hospitality environment
n
Proven expertise in silver service and multi-course fine dining protocols
n
Strong skills in beverage service (pouring tap beer and handling drink cans), including Champagne presentation and wine etiquette
n
Excellent communication skills, with polished and professional English
n
High standards of personal presentation, attention to detail, and professionalism
n
Experience using a POS system
n
Certifications in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
n
