Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Specialist to support AI-enabled business transformation within a Federal Government workplace.

This role will focus on identifying business opportunities for AI adoption, developing prototypes, translating business needs into AI requirements, and enabling responsible AI solutions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:
n
n
Lead AI discovery workshops and rapid prototyping sessions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI Foundry.
n
Translate business and data needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready artefacts.
n
Support AI governance, including responsible AI practices, privacy, security, human oversight, explainability, and auditability.
n
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, engineers, and product owners to deliver AI-enabled solutions.
n




Drive adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, and change enablement.
n

Key requirements:
n
n
3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in agile digital delivery.
n
Hands-on experience with AI-enabled solutions, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem.
n
Experience defining AI features, evaluation criteria, guardrails, and acceptance testing.
n
Understanding of responsible AI, privacy, security, and governance principles.
n
Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication skills.
n
