An established and highly regarded commercial builder is seeking an experiencedSite Managerto join their team and take responsibility for the delivery of a circa$40m commercial project in Alkimos.
The project is due to commence in the coming months, with the successful candidate ideally joining the business beforehand to become familiar with the company's systems, processes and project delivery approach.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager who wants to work with a builder that has a strong reputation for delivering complex commercial projects and genuinely invests in its people.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will take a leading role in the delivery of the Alkimos project, working closely with the Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Site Engineers and wider project team.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing the day-to-day delivery of a circa $40m commercial project
Leading and coordinating subcontractors and site personnel
Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and workmanship
Planning and coordinating construction activities and sequencing
Managing site programs and ensuring key milestones are achieved
Coordinating with Project Managers, Contract Administrators and consultants




Identifying and resolving construction issues proactively
Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders
Ensuring project documentation and systems are maintained through Procore
Driving a positive, professional and productive site culture
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experiencedSite Managerwith a strong commercial construction background.
You will ideally have:
Proven experience delivering commercial projects of$20m+
Strong subcontractor and site management skills
Excellent understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
Strong commitment to safety and quality
The ability to lead a site team while maintaining a hands-on approach
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience with modern construction management systems such as Procore would be advantageous
A stable employment history and evidence of successfully delivering projects
