Kinetic's graduate program builds future leaders by giving hands-on experience in service delivery and operations.
The 9-month pathway starts with bus operation training and obtaining a heavy vehicle licence, followed by placements across service delivery, planning and leadership functions.
The program includes leadership development and ongoing support from senior leaders.
