We're looking for a proactive and friendlyCustomer Care Consultantto join our Kalgoorlie Trade Store!
This is afront-of-house, customer-facing rolewhere you'll be the first point of contact in-store.
We're seeking someone withsolid retail/customer service experiencewho is comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face and working closely within a team to keep the store running efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing
Provideface-to-face customer serviceas the primary focus of the role
Assist customers with product selection and provide practical advice on industrial products
Maintain aclean, well-stocked, and organised shopfloor
Supportstock replenishment, stocktakes, and merchandisingactivities
Safely handle and move stock (including items up to required weight limits)
Identify andescalate customer or operational issueswhen needed
Work collaboratively to maintain asafe, effective, and supportive team environment
What We're Looking For
Previous experiencein retail, trade, or customer-facing roles (ideally with exposure to merchandising and/or replenishment)
Strongface-to-face communication skillsand customer service manner




Proactive and reliable personality traits with an emphasis on wanting to make your workplace better
Physically capable of handling stock safely (according to WA workplace guidelines)
