Stellar Maintenance in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Workshop Leading Hand / Supervisor to lead crews through component rebuilds and major machine overhauls from a metro workshop near Perth Airport.
You will manage daily maintenance, allocate jobs, provide hands-on technical support, and ensure safety and productivity across the workshop and field environments.
A 5:2 roster with 10-hour days keeps you home most nights.
