This is an ideal prospect for an experienced showroom or consultative sales professional who enjoys building relationships, preparing selections and converting opportunities into sales.
With your consultative sales approach, you'll guide customers through bathroom, kitchen and laundry product selections, helping them bring their projects to life.
The showroom has operated in the local area for more than 20 years and benefits from excellent road frontage, a robust reputation and an established customer base.
Recently updated and well presented, it offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced showroom professional to step in, take ownership and run it like their own business.
This is a full-time role based in Tweed Heads, NSW.
A Typical Day Will See You: Engage with retail customers, builders and renovators to provide tailored product and design advice Guide customers through selections across tapware, vanities, toilets, bathroomware and plumbing products Build lasting relationships with builders and their clients, from consultation through to order fulfilment Prepare detailed quotes, process orders and manage projects through to completion Coordinate product selections for builders and their customers Follow up quotes and enquiries to convert opportunities into sales Build on an established customer base while proactively attracting new customers and builders Work closely with suppliers to source suitable products and competitive solutions Maintain a clean and well-presented showroom, ensuring displays,



pricing and product information remain accurate Contribute to showroom and branch sales goals through proactive customer engagement Support your teammates across the trade counter or warehouse when needed What You'll Need to Succeed: We're looking for someone with genuine sales drive - someone who enjoys helping customers, takes pride in their results and is ready to take ownership of the showroom.
This includes: The confidence to step into an established showroom and begin contributing quickly Strong consultative sales skills and a genuine desire to pursue every sales opportunity Experience preparing quotes, processing orders and coordinating customer projects Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail A professional and presentable approach, with pride in your workspace Reliability, accountability and the confidence to work independently A proactive, positive attitude and a team-first mindset A current Driver's Licence Full Australian working rights, as sponsorship is not available for this position Supplier training will be provided across specific product ranges; however, previous showroom and industry knowledge is essential for this position.
