The Role - Trade Assistant/Skilled Labourer Working alongside our qualified carpenters and factory crew, you'll help build and assemble roof trusses and wall frames to order, ensuring every job leaves our factory on time and to spec.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production workplace, ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
What You'll Be Doing: Assisting qualified tradespeople with the fabrication of timber roof trusses and wall frames Reading and working from truss and frame plans/specifications Operating jigs, presses, and hand/power tools safely and accurately Loading, stacking, and preparing timber and finished products for dispatch Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and safe General labouring duties as required around the factory What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a trade assistant,
