This role suits candidates from commercial property management, facilities management, contract management, or client-side project management backgrounds.
This is a largely autonomous role focused on service delivery, compliance, contractor management, and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities include: Overseeing day-to-day building operations and essential services Managing contractors, consultants, and service agreements Ensuring WHS, statutory, and building compliance obligations are met Managing operational budgets, reporting,
