This is a genuine management role.
You will lead the department rather than remain the clinical expert, supported by ACNMs and floor coordinators across scrub/scout, anaesthesia, PACU and support services.
What you'll be leading A theatre workforce of around 400 people across scrub/scout, anaesthesia, PACU and support An 8-project strategic improvement plan already underway A major rostering overhaul and the opening of two additional theatres in early **** What you'll need A scrub/scout clinical background, essential Substantial perioperative leadership experience Confidence with budgets, KPIs, process and people leadership Strong computer literacy,



including basic Excel AHPRA Registration Eligibility to work in Australia - Visa sponsorship may be considered for exceptional candidates.
