THE ROLE As a Cruise Travel Consultant, you'll manage the customer journey from the initial enquiry right through to departure, providing expert advice and exceptional service along the way.
Your day will include: • Consulting with customers to understand their travel plans, preferences and budgets • Recommending the right cruise lines, ships, itineraries and packages • Quoting and booking ocean, river and other cruise holidays • Arranging flights, accommodation and additional travel components • Managing enquiries across phone, email and face-to-face channels • Maximising sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling • Working towards individual and team sales targets and KPIs • Managing booking administration, invoicing and amendments accurately • Building your knowledge of cruise lines, destinations and new products • Creating long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business WHAT'S ON OFFER This is more than just another travel consulting role.

✔ Strong customer service and sales skills ✔ Previous travel consulting experience is a must ✔ Confidence working towards targets and KPIs ✔ A genuine passion for cruising and travel ✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills ✔ Strong attention to detail and organisation ✔ The ability to manage multiple bookings and enquiries in a busy environment ✔ A proactive approach to sales and identifying opportunities ✔ GDS experience is essential If you're already the person friends and family come to for holiday advice, imagine being able to talk about incredible ships, destinations and cruise experiences every day — while enjoying some pretty impressive travel perks yourself!
