Provide backbone support to the Property Management Team Ensure all tasks related to Property Management are completed and carried out Conducting routine inspections Ingoing and outgoing inspections Record and handle keys Assisting the Property Management team to meet targets and objectives Ad hoc administration The Candidate: Keen, eager and ready to indulge in this once in a lifetime opportunity!
Keen interest in Property Management, a Certificate of Registration, own car drivers license Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills are essential The willingness to grow and progress – the last person has been promoted This established team combines to harness success delivered in a fully integrated approach.
