What You'll Be Doing Managing incoming sales enquiries face to face and via phone and email Preparing quotes and processing customer orders Managing the sales inbox and keeping on top of follow-ups Supporting the external Sales Reps with quotes, orders and customer requests Building relationships with existing customer accounts Proactively calling customers to check in and identify opportunities Following up quotes and helping convert opportunities into sales About You Experience within trade supplies, wholesale, construction,



industrial products or a similar environment would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
