Structural Foreman - Bridge Construction $150,000 - $160,000 + FIFO Available + 3:1 Roster We are seeking an experienced Structural Foreman to lead the delivery of bridge construction projects across North Queensland.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a robust background in bridge works who can effectively coordinate crews, subcontractors and daily site operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and performance.
What's on Offer Competitive salary package of $150,000 - $160,000 (dependent on experience) 3 weeks on / 1 week off roster FIFO available for non-local candidates Company vehicle and laptop provided Immediate start available Long-term opportunity on major civil infrastructure projects About the Role Reporting to the Project Manager , you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of bridge construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project specifications.
You will act as the key liaison between management, clients, subcontractors, operators and site crews while driving productivity and maintaining compliance across all aspects of the project.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead site crews, operators and subcontractors Coordinate daily project activities and construction programs Act as the primary on-site contact for project-related matters Monitor project progress and provide performance updates Ensure compliance with safety,



environmental and quality requirements Lead daily pre-start meetings and promote a strong safety culture Maintain site records, inspections and project documentation Ensure works are completed to specification, on schedule and within project requirements Provide guidance and leadership to maximise crew productivity and project outcomes About You Essential Demonstrated experience supervising bridge construction projects Minimum 5 years' experience within the civil construction industry Previous experience as a Foreman, Site Supervisor or Project Supervisor Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills Ability to read and interpret civil construction drawings and specifications Sound understanding of Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Systems Current Driver's Licence Current White Card Highly Regarded Trade background in Carpentry or Formwork Experience working with cranes, excavators, loaders and other civil plant Contract administration and project management experience Why Apply?
