The Role You'll manage your own portfolio of approximately 70 properties , while also assisting the wider property management team as required.
You'll work closely with experienced Property Managers and have the support around you to develop your skills and confidence across all aspects of property management.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of approximately 70 properties Liaising with landlords and tenants Handling day-to-day property management responsibilities Assisting the wider property management team Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants Working closely with the Leasing Team Importantly, there is:
