Due to a strong pipeline of secured work and ongoing growth, they're seeking a Project Lead to join their collaborative and design-focused team.
The Opportunity As a Project Lead, you'll take ownership of significant multi-residential projects from design development through to delivery, working closely with their Director, developers, consultants and project stakeholders.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Architect looking to step up into a more senior role while developing their leadership and project management capabilities.
Responsibilities Lead the delivery of multi-residential projects across Brisbane and the Gold Coast Coordinate consultants, clients and project stakeholders Oversee project programmes, documentation and design outcomes Mentor and support junior team members Ensure projects are delivered on time,



within budget and to the highest design standards Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle About You Registered Architect or experienced Graduate Architect with strong local project experience Proven experience delivering multi-residential developments Solid technical documentation and project coordination skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Confident managing multiple project priorities Passionate about design excellence and project delivery Proficiency in Revit is a must!
