The Company My client is a quick-growing leader in the insurance repair and restoration industry, dedicated to supporting customers through some of life's most challenging events.

The Position We are seeking an experienced Estimator to play a critical role in assessing property damage and delivering accurate, timely scopes of work.
End-to-end estimating across insurance repair projects Focus on accuracy, compliance, and turnaround times High level of stakeholder interaction (customers, insurers, trades) Opportunity to work on both minor and major loss claims Flexibility required during surge events and major incidents Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the estimating process from initial assessment through to final report submission, ensuring all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
Conduct onsite and remote damage assessments Prepare detailed Scope of Works and causation reports Coordinate trades for make-safe works and specialist input Ensure compliance with building codes, legislation, and HSEQ standards Deliver accurate,
