Job Description Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Utilise various platforms and networks to attract top talent.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support onboarding processes for successful candidates and information sessions.
Identify opportunities for improving recruitment strategies and processes.
Assist with ad hoc tasks within the Human Resources department as required.
The Successful Applicant A successful Support Recruiter should have:



Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Adequate knowledge of recruitment platforms and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with compliance requirements and HR best practices.
A positive attitude and commitment to supporting organisational goals.
What's on Offer An hourly rate of $44/hr.
3 month contract with potential for extension within a supportive and friendly environment.
