About the Role We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join a well-established Australian-owned organisation on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the financial function, supporting month-end processes and providing accurate financial reporting and analysis to the wider business.
This is a broad Financial Accounting position suited to someone who enjoys working across a range of responsibilities and taking ownership of their work in a collaborative finance team.
Key Responsibilities Manage month-end financial accounting and reporting processes Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations Manage intercompany accounting and recharges Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis Support tax and statutory compliance requirements Prepare management and ad hoc financial reports Assist with year-end reporting and audit requirements Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls Work closely with the Financial Controller and key internal stakeholders About You:



5+ years' experience in Financial Accounting or a similar role Demonstrated experience with intercompany recharges – essential Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting principles Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Solid Excel and ERP systems experience Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills CA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification is desirable A proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines What's on Offer?
