Associate Financial Adviser About the Company We are partnering with an established and growing wealth management business seeking an ambitious Associate Financial Adviser to join its Melbourne team.
The business provides comprehensive financial advice and wealth management solutions to a sophisticated client base and has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, strategic advice.
With experienced Advisers and a well-established support structure, the firm offers an excellent environment for someone looking to develop their technical expertise, increase their client exposure and ultimately progress into a Financial Adviser position.
Key Responsibilities Support Senior Advisers in developing and delivering strategic financial advice.
Attend client meetings and assist with preparation, follow-up and implementation.
Assist with strategies across investments, superannuation, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, insurance and estate planning.
Undertake research, modelling and analysis to support advice recommendations.
Work closely with paraplanning and client service teams throughout the advice process.
Build client relationships and progressively take greater ownership of client interactions.




Maintain high standards of advice documentation and compliance.
About You Experience within financial planning, ideally as an Associate Adviser, Adviser Support professional or experienced CSO.
Relevant financial planning qualifications and working towards meeting Adviser education requirements.
Good technical understanding of financial planning strategies and the advice process.
Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with clients.
Ambitious and genuinely looking to progress into a Financial Adviser position.
