You will work within a **structured, consultant-led model**, supported by a strong multidisciplinary team, providing comprehensive paediatric care across inpatient, newborn, and outpatient settings.

--- ## **The Health Service** This organisation is the **principal referral service** for a cross-border population of approximately **250,000**, delivering a broad range of secondary and tertiary-level services.
### **Paediatric Services Include:** * General inpatient paediatrics * Special Care Nursery support * Integrated newborn care with maternity services * Paediatric Emergency Department presentations * Regional referral and outreach services * Close collaboration with ICU, Anaesthetics, and Obstetrics The service is undergoing **significant redevelopment**,



including expansion of Emergency and short-stay facilities enhancing overall paediatric and acute care capability.
