About the Role: An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Compliance Manager seeking a high-quality senior position on a part-time basis – two days per week.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, you will provide practical compliance advice, guidance and oversight while helping to continually enhance the organisation's compliance framework and regulatory practices.
This is a broad and hands-on role offering excellent visibility across the business and the opportunity to influence how compliance is managed and embedded.
Key Responsibilities: Enhance and maintain the compliance management framework, including obligations registers, policies and procedures.
Conduct regulatory change impact assessments and ensure regulatory developments are appropriately embedded across the business.
Investigate incidents, undertake breach assessments and manage regulatory notifications where required.




Conduct compliance reviews and deep dives to identify gaps, emerging risks and opportunities for improvement.
Manage regulatory notices, enquiries and third-party information requests.
Support statutory, regulatory and management reporting.
Provide support across Responsible Manager and Authorised Representative governance, corporate documentation and compliance activities.
Develop and deliver practical compliance training and guidance.
Work closely with senior stakeholders to provide commercially pragmatic compliance advice and foster a strong compliance and risk About you: You will be an experienced compliance professional with a background in financial services, investment or funds management, asset management, non-bank lending or a similarly regulated environment.
You will ideally bring a strong understanding of the financial services regulatory landscape, including AFSL/ACL requirements, Corporations Law, responsible lending, AML/CTF and privacy.
You will possess excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills, together with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex compliance issues.
Importantly, you will be commercial and pragmatic in your approach.
The successful person will be able to identify risk while understanding the broader commercial context and working collaboratively with the business to develop practical solutions.
