Coordinate employee lifecycle transactions, including new starters, employment changes, and terminations.
Prepare and review annual leave, long service leave, and termination payment calculations.
Process timesheets, leave requests, payroll variations, and employee reimbursements.
Complete payroll reconciliations, investigate variances, and prepare payroll reports.
Support month-end payroll activities, including superannuation reconciliations, payroll tax obligations, and reporting requirements.
Administer payroll deductions such as child support, salary sacrifice arrangements,



and other statutory deductions.
Act as a key point of contact for payroll-related enquiries from employees and managers.
Assist with year-end payroll compliance activities, reporting, and legislative requirements.
The Successful Applicant The successful Payroll Officer will have: Previous end-to-end payroll experience.
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, awards, enterprise agreements and National Employment Standards.
Advanced Excel skills and strong systems capability.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
