This is an outstanding opportunity to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead one of Australia's largest diagnostic imaging businesses. As General Manager – Victoria, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of respected imaging brands including Capital Radiology, Lake Imaging, Imaging@Olympic Park, The X-Ray Group, Direct Radiology and Future Medical Imaging Group, shaping the future of healthcare delivery across metropolitan and regional Victoria.

About the Role
n
Reporting directly to the CEO, the General Manager – Victoria is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational performance and ongoing growth of IDX's Victorian business, our largest operation across our Trans-Tasman footprint.
n
This is a highly influential role responsible for driving commercial performance, operational excellence and sustainable growth while ensuring exceptional patient care remains at the centre of everything we do.
n
Working closely with Radiologists, the Senior Leadership Team and senior operational leaders, you will lead a high-performing organisation focused on delivering outstanding clinical outcomes, strengthening referrer relationships and identifying opportunities for future growth.
n
You'll be a visible leader across Victoria, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement while representing IDX with key healthcare partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities include:

Lead the strategic direction and overall performance of IDX's Victorian operations.
n
Drive financial performance, business growth and commercial outcomes across multiple brands.
n
Identify and deliver acquisition, integration and organic growth opportunities.
n
Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, service delivery and patient experience.
n
Build trusted relationships with Radiologists, hospitals, referrers and key healthcare stakeholders.
n
Lead and develop a high-performing operational leadership team.
n
Champion a positive, values-driven culture focused on engagement, accountability and continuous improvement.
n
Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
n
Ensure strong governance, quality, compliance and risk management across the Victorian business.
n
Represent Integral Diagnostics as a leader within the Victorian healthcare community.
n

About You
n
You are an experienced leader with a proven track record of leading large, complex, multi-site organisations through growth and transformation.
n
You combine strategic thinking with commercial acumen and are equally comfortable influencing at Board and Executive level as you are engaging with frontline teams.
n

Significant senior leadership experience within healthcare or another complex service environment.

Demonstrated success leading large,
