Carrying out dewatering, poly-pipe welding and pipeline works on a well-established gold mine site.
What's on Offer $63-$68 an hour depending on experience and tickets held Weekly Pay Long-term FIFO opportunities Duties Responsibilities Welding HDPE, stringing pipe, and loading welding machines Flushing and hydrotesting Trenching and general earthworks Dewatering, including bore pump installs, wellpoint/spearpoint systems, and submersible pump setups Installing and managing discharge lines and monitoring drawdown/water levels Working independently and leading small crews Reading and interpreting HDPE and civil construction drawings Essential: Minimum 2 years' post-trade experience in HDPE butt fusion and electrofusion welding on mining or construction sites Minimum 2 years' experience operating Polywelding equipment - (McElroy - T618, T500,



T900 and Dixon welder) Minimum 1 year operating machinery on site Experience conducting HDPE hydrotesting Experience with both Dixon and McElroy Polywelding certificate (Butt Weld Electrofusion or Extrusion welding) issued within the last 2 yrs Tickets: C Class driver's licence Excavator Poly Welding Tickets (Butt Fusion / Electro Fusion within the last 2 yrs) Rigging Chainsaw Dogging Telehandler (minimum) A successful applicant must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, drug alcohol screen, and currently reside in Australia with full working rights.
