Orica Helidon is hiring Assembly Workers to join their manufacturing team.

What do we need from you?
Be reliable and show respect towards your team and workplace Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic Have solid attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Be willing to learn and undergo on-the-job training Reliable work history (explain any gaps in your resume) Physically fit – must pass an intensive medical assessment (includes treadmill) Able to work 12-hour rotating roster (7 shifts over 14 days, day and night shifts) Willing to undergo Drug alcohol testing (including random testing) High-level Police Check (Explosives Licence required) Have a reliable vehicle and a current driver's licence.
Rotating Roster - what does it look like?
7 shifts over 14 days (8am–8pm and 8pm–8am)



Combination of day and night shifts Work every other weekend Fixed 28 day roster – no changes 2 x 15-min + 2 x 25-min paid breaks per shift.
First 2 weeks training 7:30am - 3:30pm Hourly Rate $***** per hour (flat rate) + Super paid fortnightly.
