Job Description
Spotlight is seeking an entry-level IT support specialist to join our Melbourne-based retail tech team. You will provide 1st/2nd line support for POS systems, EFTPOS, mobile devices, LAN, IP phones, and printers across stores and the group.

We value fast learners with solid communication, the ability to work under pressure, and a willingness to be on call after hours and weekends. A tertiary IT qualification is preferred, studying is acceptable.
