Job Description Manage the end-to-end administration of customer rebate programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed terms Review rebate agreements and apply eligibility criteria, rates, thresholds, and payment terms correctly Process recurring and ad hoc rebate payments within agreed service levels Validate rebate calculations against sales data, customer information, and contractual requirements Investigate and resolve discrepancies, exceptions, and payment issues Reconcile rebate balances and support month-end reporting, accruals, and financial close activities Prepare regular reporting on rebate activity, payment status, and key trends Partner with Finance, Commercial, Operations,
