This is a newly created role reporting directly to the General Manager Technology, and is a unique opportunity to lead ICT governance, cyber security, enterprise architecture and data engineering while helping shape the future direction of technology across the organisation.
n
This role has significant visibility across the business and offers a pathway toward future senior technology leadership opportunities.
n
The Prospect:
n
This is a broad leadership role for a capable technology skilled who understands how modern technology teams operate and can balance governance, security, risk and strategic enablement.
n
You will provide leadership across four key areas:
n
n
ICT governance, policies, standards, risk, compliance and assurance.
n
Cyber security strategy, risk assessment, audit, controls and continuous improvement.
n
Enterprise architecture capability, including establishing and growing the function.
n
Data engineering leadership and the continued development of enterprise data capabilities.
n
n
You will work closely with executive stakeholders to ensure technology investments,
governance practices and security capabilities align with organisational objectives while supporting a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement.
n
About You:
n
You will be a technology leader with strong governance and cyber capability.
n
You would have built your career in infrastructure, applications, technology operations, architecture, governance, risk or cyber security, and bring a broad understanding of enterprise technology environments and how technology enables organisational outcomes.
n
Ideally you will bring experience in:
n
n
Leading technology, governance, risk, security or architecture functions within a medium or large organisation.
n
Developing and implementing governance frameworks, policies and standards.
n
Managing technology risk, compliance, audit and assurance activities.
n
Influencing stakeholders and translating complex technical concepts into practical business outcomes.
n
Building, leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
n
Driving organisational uplift across cyber security, data and technology governance capabilities.
n
n
Experience within aged care, healthcare, community services or the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded but is not essential.
n
As part of the role, you will need to possess or be willing to obtain:
n
n
Possess a current National Police Certificate – or the ability to acquire.
n
Possess Working with Children (Blue Card) – or the ability to acquire.
n
Possess Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check (LCS) – or the ability to acquire.
n
