The successful Senior UX/UI Designers will play a key role in designing accessible, user-centred experiences across internal and customer-facing platforms, helping drive digital transformation and improved outcomes for end users.
You will be offered an initial 12 month contract with a further 12 month extension option and receive a rewarding hourly rate.
The successful Senior UX/UI Designers will be responsible for, but not limited to: Designing user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma Facilitating workshops, usability testing and co-design activities with stakeholders Contributing to scalable design systems, accessibility standards and UX best practices Gathering user requirements and translating concepts into intuitive digital experiences Collaborating with business,



product and technical teams to deliver quality design outcomes The successful Senior UX/UI Designers will have: 3+ years' experience delivering UX/UI design outcomes across complex environments Strong experience with Figma, wireframing, prototyping and design workflows Proven knowledge of contemporary UX/UI methodologies and human-centred design principles Experience designing accessible solutions aligned with WCAG standards Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication skills This is a excellent opportunity to work with a leading Federal Government Agency and shape the future of accessible digital experiences.
