construction and heavy industry Exposure to large and complex employee populations Flexible working arrangements available with some employers Opportunities to join established payroll and finance teams within well-known organisations Great career growth opportunities We're Looking for: Strong end-to-end payroll experience Experience processing high-volume weekly, fortnightly or monthly payrolls Exposure to payroll within mining, construction, resources or other heavy industries Experience interpreting awards, enterprise agreements, allowances, overtime and roster arrangements Strong attention to detail and confidence working across multiple payroll systems Strong Excel capability, including lookups and payroll reconciliations Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with employees, site teams and internal stakeholder.
