Job Description Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain driver-based financial models.
Develop rolling forecasts and provide analysis on risks, opportunities and performance trends.
Deliver monthly and quarterly management reporting, including commentary and variance analysis.
Business partner with operational stakeholders, supporting decision-making, financial performance and strategic initiatives.
Build financial models, business cases and scenario analyses.
Support pricing reviews, margin analysis, cost-to-serve assessments and commercial sustainability initiatives.
Provide financial support for grant applications, acquittals and compliance reporting.
Work closely with AP,



AR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate financial inputs and reporting.
The Successful Applicant CA or CPA qualified (essential).
Solid background in FP A, management accounting or commercial finance.
Experience leading budgets, forecasts and financial modelling.
Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering capability with SLT.
Advanced Excel skills and the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
Experience within aged care, healthcare, community services or other government-funded sectors would be highly regarded.
What's on Offer Base salary of $130,000 - $150,000 + Super Permanent position in the not-for-profit sector.
