TLC Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Geelong-based aged care residential homes. You will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care and lead care teams to support residents across Armstrong Creek, Belmont, Wallington and surrounding areas.

Ideally you will hold current AHPRA registration, have residential aged care experience, and be adept at care planning, clinical documentation and collaboration with GPs and allied health professionals.
