Description Summary: The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
This role requires knowledge of coffee flavors, brewing methods, and drink recipes.
Responsibilities: Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and pastries Offer advice to customers on drink choices Operate coffee machines and other equipment Clean and maintain equipment and work area Monitor stock levels and order supplies Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a similar role Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and recipes Good time management skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valuable interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail Availability: At least 3 shifts per week
