Your Mission
n
As a Reception Team Member, you'll create a positive first impression for every customer who contacts us. You'll understand why they're calling, resolve basic enquiries and connect them with the right team when specialist support is required.
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Being the first point of contact for incoming customer calls
n
Providing friendly, professional and efficient customer service
n
Understanding customer enquiries and resolving basic queries
n
Transferring more complex enquiries to the appropriate specialist team
n
Providing warm handovers and accurate call notes where required
n
Working towards and exceeding individual and team KPIs
n




Identifying and escalating recurring customer issues or trends
n
Maintaining strong knowledge of our products and current promotions
n
Identifying opportunities to promote and maximise sales
n
Contributing to daily EOD reporting and team outcomes
n
