• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data, systems, and ideas relevant to sales strategies and performance.
• Provide comprehensive support to sales teams by assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Review and analyze sales business plans, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze and manage sales compensation plans to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Utilize CRM systems to gather, analyze, and report on sales data for decision-making.
• Monitor and assess sales performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
• Generate detailed reports and presentations to communicate analysis findings and recommendations effectively.
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Communications or related fields Minimum Experience • For Associate level, no prior experience is required • For Standard level, at least two (2)
