UGL Regional Linx (UGLRL) is a subsidiary of UGL, headquartered in Orange, NSW, with regional depots throughout the state. We manage the CRN - Country Regional Network, ensuring safe transportation of people and goods across NSW.

Job Purpose
n
Coordinate and administer the Property Divestment activities in relation to divestments for CRN land and premises.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Collaborate within a small team to support the delivery of land divestment and disposal programs.
n Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of property divestments in line with strategic objectives.
n Prepare and review documentation, including divestment briefs, briefing notes, contracts, and applications required for disposal activities, ensuring adherence to procedures and standards.
n Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and align on divestment activities and strategies.
n Contribute to the development and implementation of disposal strategies that optimize property outcomes and align with contractual goals.
n Provide support for internal and external reporting requirements related to divestment activities, including responding to ad hoc requests.
n Liaise with the facilities team to coordinate and report on asset-related issues affecting divestment outcomes, as required.
n Access and maintain systems and databases to analyze data, track progress, and generate reports that support effective management of divestment activities.
n Ensure all divestment activities are conducted in accordance with quality, environmental, and safety management plans and comply with organizational policies and procedures.
n Other ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications
n
2+ years' experience working in divestments, property development, property transactions, and/or planning experience with Local Councils, NSW planning authorities and approval/planning gateways. Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a development assessment or urban planning context.
n Ability to utilise Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio, Excel and MS Project) and record management systems to produce reports and record information to required standards.
