We are seeking a friendly, organised and professionalCasual Receptionistto join our busy specialist dermatology practice for a3–6 month casual contract.
Casual position for approximately1–2 days per week
Flexibility to provide additional cover forannual leave and sick leave, often at short notice
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming and assisting patients in a warm and qualified manner
Answering incoming phone calls and managing appointment bookings
Processing patient accounts and Medicare claims
Managing patient records and correspondence
Liaising with doctors, nurses and allied health professionals
General administrative and reception duties
Desirable (not essential)
Previous experience in a medical or specialist practice
Knowledge of genie software (or similar medical software)
