This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging construction professional looking to develop their career while working alongside experienced Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors, and consultants on a diverse range of commercial projects.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site Engineer plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects through project administration, documentation management, quality assurance, site coordination, and stakeholder communication.
n
You will work closely with site-based teams to ensure construction activities are completed in accordance with contractual, regulatory, and company requirements.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Project Administration & Documentation
n
n
Maintain and manage project documentation using systems such as Procore
n
Ensure drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation remain current and accessible
n
Prepare, coordinate, and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and quality records
n
Maintain project registers, including concrete, labour hire, waste, calibration, and reinforcement records
n
Assist with monthly project reporting and cost documentation
n
Coordinate and collate handover documentation, manuals, warranties, and as-built information
n
n
Site Coordination & Quality Assurance
n
n
Verify materials, services, and completed works meet project requirements
n
Coordinate inspections with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
n
Attend and document site inspections and quality assurance activities
n
Assist with site logistics, including deliveries, equipment, and temporary services
n
Maintain photographic records of project progress
n
n
Stakeholder Engagement
n
n
Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients
n
Support proactive communication across all project stakeholders
n
Contribute to a positive, collaborative project culture
n
n
Health, Safety & Compliance
n
n
Promote safe work practices and compliance with CIP's HSEQ Management System
n
Participate in ongoing training and support continuous improvement initiatives
n
n
About You
n
You are organised, proactive, and eager to learn. You enjoy working in a rapid-paced construction environment and have strong attention to detail.
n
n
Degree or Diploma completed or currently studying in:
n
Construction Management
n
Quantity Surveying
n
Engineering or related discipline
n
Current Driver's Licence
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Strong organisational and time management abilities
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
Previous experience within commercial construction
n
Exposure to structural, services, or finishes trades
n
Experience using project management platforms such as Procore
n
Understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery processes
n
n
